schluss Form C (a).

schrauben Sie diese fest.

Beim Anlegen einer Spannung an die Spule und

Druck an P1 (elektrisch: 2,5 bar < P1 < 10 bar,
pneumatisch: 2,5 bar < P1 < 16 bar) schaltet das
Ventil auf Durchgang 1–2.
Bei Druckluftentlastung wird P1 gesperrt und P2
wird entlüftet.
Liegt an P1 Druck an, kann das Ventil durch die
Handhilfsbetätigung (d) manuell durchgeschaltet
werden (Tippfunktion).
Anfahrventil / Befüllventil
Befüllzeit einstellen

Das Befüllventil verhindert bei Inbetriebnahme
der Anlage einen schlagartigen Druckaufbau. Die
Befüllzeit kann an der Stellschraube verändert
werden. Die Lage der Schraube variiert je nach
Serie.
– Entfernen Sie den Verstellschutz (a), falls
vorhanden.
– Drehen Sie die Stellschraube (z. B. mit Schrau-
bendreher) nach rechts, um die Befüllzeit zu
verlängern, oder drehen Sie die Stellschraube
nach links, um die Befüllzeit zu verkürzen.
– Drücken Sie den Verstellschutz (a) in die Stell-
schraube (falls vorhanden).

– Place the seal (b) on the push-in fi tting, form
C (a).
– Mount the electrical connector (c) and
tighten it.
Tightening torque: 0,4 Nm
Function
When applying voltage to the solenoid and pres-
sure to P1 (electric: 2.5 bar < P1 < 10 bar, pneu-
matic: 2.5 bar < P1 < 16 bar), the valve switches
toconnect 1–2.
When releasing compressed air, P1 will be
blocked and P2 exhausted.
If there is pressure at P1, the valve can be manu-
ally switched through using the manual override
(d) (press function).
Start-up valve / Filling valve
Setting fi ll time
The fi lling valve prevents a sudden surge of pres-
sure during the system's start-up. The fi ll time
can be changed using the adjustment screw.
The position of the screw varies according to
the series.
– Remove adjustment screw lock (a) (if ap-
plicable).
– Turn the adjustment screw (e.g. with a
screwdriver) clockwise in order to prolong the
fi ll time or turn the adjustment screw counter-
clockwise to decrease the fi ll time.
– Press the lock (a) into the adjustment screw
(if applicable).
