Schalttafeleinbau
Hinweis: Die Befestigungsplatte darf die Mate-
rialstärke H (BG0: 3 mm, BG1: 3 mm, BG2: 5 mm,
BG3: 5,5 mm, BG5: –) nicht überschreiten!

– Durchgangsbohrung D in die Befestigungsplat-
te (b) bohren oder stanzen:
BG0: 30,5 mm
BG1: 30,5 mm

BG3: 50,5 mm
BG5: 30,5 mm
– Einzelgerät (a) (Druckregler oder Filter-Druck-
regler) durch die Durchgangsbohrung führen.
– Schalttafelmutter (c) über den Einstellknopf
c
führen und anziehen.
Max. Anzugsmomente:
BG0: 8 Nm
BG1: 8 Nm
BG3: 10 Nm
BG5: 8 Nm
Manometer montieren
– Stecken Sie den Quetschring auf das Mano-
meter.
– Drehen Sie das Manometer in das Manometer-
gewinde bis der Quetschring in das Gewinde
komplett eingeschraubt ist (Maulschlüssel
SW 14).
– Richten Sie das Manometer mit max. 3/4 Um-
drehung vor oder zurück aus.
Max. Anzugsmoment: 7 ... 8 Nm.
Installing the control panel
Note: The mounting plate must not exceed ma-
terial thickness H (BG0: 3 mm, BG1: 3 mm, BG2:
5 mm, BG3: 5,5 mm, BG5: –)!
– Drill or punch a through borehole D in the
mounting plate (b).
BG0: 30,5 mm
BG1: 30,5 mm
BG3: 50,5 mm
BG5: 30,5 mm
– Insert individual device (a) (pressure regula-
tor or fi lter-pressure regulator) through the
through borehole.
– Guide control panel nut (c) over the setting
knob and tighten.
Max. tightening torque:
BG0: 8 Nm / 70.8 in.lbs
BG1: 8 Nm / 70.8 in.lbs
BG3: 10 Nm / 88.5 in.lbs
BG5: 8 Nm / 70.8 in.lbs
Mounting the pressure gauge
– Insert the compression ring in the pressure
gauge.
– Rotate the pressure gauge into the pressure
gauge thread until the compression ring is
completely screwed into the thread (size 14
open-end wrench).
– Align the pressure gauge by rotating it by a
max. 3/4 turn back or forth.
Max. tightening torque: 7 – 8 Nm.
