Öler
WARNUNG
Anlage steht im Betrieb unter
Druck!
Beim Öffnen der Anlage unter Druck
kann es zur Beschädigung der Geräte
(Öler) und schweren Verletzungen
kommen.
VORSICHT
Gesundheitsschädliche Ölnebel!
Bei Verwendung von Öl entstehen
in der Druckluftanlage Ölnebel, die
gesundheitsschädlich sind. Der Öler
darf daher nur in geschlossenen
Pneumatiksystemen betrieben
werden.
Ersetzen Sie bei 3/2-Wegeventilen
(elektrisch oder pneumatisch) oder
Absperrventilen die Schalldämpfer
durch Filterschalldämpfer.
Befüllen
Nebelöler über Befüllschraube
mit Öl befüllen / Nebelöler über
Behälterdemontage mit Öl befüllen
Bei den Nebelölern L.11, L.12, L.33, L.34, L.54
und L.55 ist das Nachfüllen von Öl während des
Betriebs möglich.
Bei den Micro-Nebelölern L.00, L.01, ML.11,
ML.33 und beim Dochtöler DL.11 muss die Anla-
ge vor dem Ölnachfüllen entlüftet werden. Hierzu
ist die Installation eines 2/2-Absperrventils auf
der Primärseite und eines 3/2-Handschiebeven-
tils auf der Sekundärseite der Wartungseinheit
empfehlenswert.
Lubricator
WARNING
System under pressure during
operation!
Opening the system while it is under
pressure may cause damage to the
devices (lubricator) and serious
injuries.
CAUTION
Harmful oil mists!
Using oil produces harmful oil mists
in the compressed air systems. Thus,
lubricators may only be operated in
closed pneumatic systems.
In the case of 3/2-way valves
(electric or pneumatic) or shut-off
valves, replace the silencers with
fi lter silencers.
Fill
Fill the oil-mist lubricator with oil via the
fi lling screw / Fill the oil-mist lubricator
with oil via container disassembly
The oil-mist lubricators L.11, L.12, L.33, L.34,
L.54 and L.55 can be refi lled with oil during
operation.
Before the micro-oil-mist lubricators L.00, L.01,
ML.11, ML.33 and the wick lubricator DL.11 are
refi lled, the installation must be ventilated. To
do this, we recommend installing a 2/2 shut-off
valve on the primary side and a 3/2 manual spool
valve on the secondary side of the maintenance
unit.
