Montage
Koppeln
Werden Einzelgeräte zu einer Kombination
verblockt, müssen zwischen den Einzelgeräten
Koppelklammern verwendet werden.
Koppelklammern montieren (BG0)
– Dichtungsring (a) in die Nut der Ausgangsseite
einsetzen.
– Koppelklammern an der Sollbruchstelle aus-
einanderbrechen.
– Koppelklammern beidseitig einsetzen (b).
– Module seitlich zusammenführen (c).

Koppelklammern montieren (BG1 ... BG5)
– Dichtungsring (a) in die Nut einsetzen.
– Module seitlich zusammenfügen (b).
– Koppelklammer (c) hinten und vorne auf-
schieben.
– Jeweils mit einer Schraube handfest
anziehen (d).
Max. Anzugsmomente:
BG1: 1,2 Nm
BG3: 3,5 Nm
BG5: 3,5 Nm

VORSICHT
Gefahr bei falscher Einbaulage
und Durchfl ussrichtung
Filter, Filterregler und Öler in War-
tungseinheiten oder als Einzelgerät
nur in senkrechter Lage einbauen.
Die auf den Modulen gekennzeichne-
te Durchfl ussrichtung ( ) beachten.
Assembly
CAUTION
Wrong installation and fl ow
direction are potentially haz-
ardous.
Install fi lters, fi lter regulators, and
lubricators in maintenance units or
as individual units only in vertical
position.
Adhere to the fl ow direction ( )
marked on each module.
Coupling
If individual items of equipment are locked into
a combination, coupling clamps must be used
between those individual items of equipment.
Install coupling clamps (BG0)
– Insert sealing ring (a) into the groove on the
outlet side.
– Break up the coupling clamps at the predeter-
mined breaking point.
– Insert coupling clamps on both sides (b).
– Bring modules together at the side (c).
Install coupling clamps (BG1 ... BG5)
– Insert sealing ring (a) into the groove.
– Fit modules together at the side (b).
– Slide rear and front coupling clamps open (c).
– Tighten each of them hand-tight with a
screw (d).
Max. tightening torque:
BG1: 1,2 Nm
BG3: 3,5 Nm
BG5: 3,5 Nm
