Screw in the two M-6 x 80 screws (Nn. 1) until the fastening dog is secured in the inner walls of the housing.
5. MAINTENANCE: Replacing the lamp
The only maintenance required for the Irys projector is to replace lamps when necessary.
Attention:
• Maintenance work should only be performed by people qualified for this type of work.
• Before handling the projector, make sure it is switched off from the mains.
• Do not touch the reflector part or the bulb when replacing the lamp.
Carefully read the following instructions to change the lamp:
1. To remove the projector to the edge of the pool (Fig. 5), loosen the 2 screws DIN 966 M-6x80 (no. 1) until the fastener is
sufficiently loose to be able to separate the projector unit from the recess.
2. Once the projector is outside the pool, dismantle it in the following way:
a) Holding the nut (no. 31) unscrew the 2
screws (no. 1) and remove them.
d) Unscrew the 3 screws (no. 12) to enable
you to separate the colour filter centring
device (no. 8) from the projector body (no.
19).
g) Loosen the two screws of the lamp holder
holding the lamp. Separate the lamp from
the lamp holder, insert the new lamp in the
lamp holder and fasten it with the two
screws.
6. CONTROL SYSTEMS OF THE IRYS PROJECTORS
The IRYS projectors can be controlled in two different ways: either by a normally closed pushbutton or by means of the modulator
receiver and/or remote control
In both cases, you should make sure that the voltage received by the lamp is never more than 12V.
The projector should only be operated underwater and anchored to the vertical walls of the pool. The spotlight is supplied with heat
protection, which in the event of excess temperature reduces the lighting level to avoid overheating.
b) Unscrew the 6 nuts (no. 27), which fasten
the body of the spotlight (no. 19) to the
fastening ring (no. 4).
17) with the red wires is placed in the position
of the red colour filter (no. 9), the lamp
connected to the lamp holder with the blue
wires in the position of the blue filter (no. 11)
and the lamp connected to the lamp holder with
grey wires in the position of the green filter (no.
10).

f) Loosen the screw of the lamp (no. 20)
to be replaced until you can remove it
from the 3-bulb plaque rails (no. 15).
h) Once you have replaced the lamp, you
can now assemble the projector, taking
special care in three actions:
1. Align the centring device (no. 8) and
the body (no. 19) with the position marks.
2. Place the lens of the projector with the

tighten the 6 nuts (no. 27) so that the
inside of the projector is fully sealed.
