The digital compact headend is equipped with:
• Bipolar electric power socket;
• Eight DVB-T / DVB-T2 / DVB-C terrestrial digital inputs with power supply overload circuit;
• Eight multicolour Leds (two leds for each input), indicating the input status;
• Two common interface slots; each Professional CAM inserted into the C.I. slot can be associated to any
inputs in order to decrypt the digital programs coming from different TV inputs (i.e. FlexCAM working
mode);
• MIX input F connector for mix the TV reception system or other external RF segnals together with the RF
digital output multiplexes available from the headend;
• RF output F connector in which the new RF digital output multiplexes are available;
• 10base-T / 100base-TX RJ45 Ethernet port;
• USB host port (.TS file storage, headend firmware update, upload/download headend configuration);
• Multicolour leds (compact headend system status indication);
• Reset button (internal).
It can be programmed in two of the following ways:
• Base programming, using the keypad and LCD display on the front panel;
• Advanced programming, using the web interface connecting with a local or remote PC network using the
network port.
