The system allows monitoring of events and anomalies that may occur over time (e.g., loss of input signal, etc.).
It is possible to:
y Create an event history
y Export a file containing logged events
y Enable email notifications for anomalies or events
To enable this function, access the MONITORING -> SETTINGS menu. The screen shown in Figure 12 will appear.
In the SETTINGS section, you must enable monitoring and can configure:
y Saving a local log file with event records
y Log file retention period
y Enabling email notifications for alarm events
The last section is dedicated to email notification settings, where you need to configure:
y SMTP server and port
y Recipient and sender email addresses
y Connection type
y Sender email username and password
Once these settings are configured, monitoring can be enabled in the STATUS menu, where available parameters can
be set (Figure 13).
It is possible to:
y Define the time interval (how often the system performs a check)
y Set the number of retry attempts before triggering an anomaly alarm for different parameters
The final section of the menu allows you to:
y View the event history
y Export or print the event list
y Delete stored event history if necessary (Figure 14)
