Through the CONFIGURATION -> PROGRAMS menu, you can access the configuration page for outgoing network
groups and set their transmission parameters, as shown in Figure 9.
On the left section, the list of received programs is displayed, including:
y Programs received from the inputs
y Programs decrypted by the CAMs
y Programs imported into the system via .TS files stored on a USB storage device
The text input box and drop-down menus at the top of the table allow filtering the program list for easier searching.
y Simple Mode automatically hides duplicate programs in case of decryption via CAM: if a program from an input is
added for decryption, only the decrypted version will be displayed; programs not added for decryption will always
be shown.
y Advanced Mode displays all programs, regardless of whether they are decrypted via CAM or not.
The columns in the input program table indicate:
y The program name
y The input source
y The program type (TV, Radio, Data)
y Whether the program is unencrypted or encrypted
y Whether decryption is active on either of the two CAMs
y The bandwidth used by the program (if the corresponding box is enabled)
If a program is used to create an outgoing network group, the checkbox is automatically checked, and the
corresponding bandwidth is displayed.
Creating Network Groups
To start creating network groups (multicast/unicast):
1. Select a channel from the list using the left mouse button
2. Drag it to the right into the Output panel
3. Release it to drop it into the output section
If the program is dropped into an empty area, a new network group is automatically created. You can then:
y Enable or disable the group by clicking the indicator in the top left
y Set a multicast IP address (e.g., 224.0.10.1) or unicast IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.100)
y Set the destination port
y Choose the transmission type (Multicast or Unicast)
y Select the transmission protocol (UDP or RTP)
y View the bandwidth usage of the group (only after saving)
y Set the LCN value for channel numbering
y Set the LCN HD value for HD channel numbering, if the decoder or TV supports LCN for HD channels
