desaccoupler la ligne d'arbre et la faire recu ler legerement.

devisser les ecrous de fixation d u moteur sur les plots.
2°
d�brancher la commande a distance de l'i nverseur.

sou lever le gro.upe par l'i nverseur et g l isser une cale sous le carter volant du moteur.

5° deposer te demarreu r.
d�visser les vis d.e fixation de l'inverseur sur l.e moteur.
6°

recup.erer l'ac.couplement caoutchouc entre le volant et l'i nverse.ur.

En atelier :
Le groupe etant d�pose, l·es operations a effectuer sont identiques a celles de la depose, a partir
de la phase 5.

REPOSE
-
a)
En atelier :
1° mettre l'accouplement caoutch ouc en place sur le volant. Presenter l'inverseur et engager
les doigts des accouplements.
visser les vis de fixation.
2°
3° reposer le d.ema.rreur.
b)
A bord :
Proceder aux m�mes dperations que la depose en a:telie,r, mais i i faut en plus :
1° sou lever le groupe et degager ta ca le sous le carter volant.
2° reposer le moteur sur
ses
3° revi'sser les vis de f ixation d u groupe.
rebrancher la commande a distance de l'i nverseur.
4°
5° reaccoupler la ligne d'arbre et verifier son a l igneme . . .

2 TAKING OUT THE .GEARBOX

a )
On board :
1° uncouple the propel ler shaft and push i t back slightly.
u nscrew the engine fixation nuts on the bearing blocks.
2°
uncouple the gearbox remote control l i n k .
3°
·t ift the u nit by the gearbox and slide � wedge under the flywheet hous·ing of engine.
4°
5° ta ke out the starter.
6° u nsarew the fixation screws holding the gearbox onto the engine.
recover the tubber co�plfng between th·e flywheel a·nd th·e gearbo·x .

b).
In ·th e workshop :
Once th·e power unit has been tak:en out of the boat, the operations to b� carried out are identical
to th·ose mentioned above, from operation

REFITTING THE GEARBOX
-
a)
In the workshop :
put the rubber coupling back i n place on the flywheel. Position the gearbox engaging the

coupling fi ngers.
tighten the fixation screws.

refit the stqrter.

b}
On board :
Carry o.ut the same op.erations as these, carried o.ut i n the worksh·op, but i n addition# do as
fo'l lows :
1 ° lift the- unit and free the wedge under the flywheel housing.
·1ower and rest the engine on · tha bearing blocks.
2°
3� in and tighten the unit securing nuts.

reconnect the gearbox remote control l i n k .

5° couple the propeller shaft and ·check ' i ts a lignment.
