10. Tips for a good coffee
•
Before making coffee for the fi rst time, dispense some water only
in order to ensure the perfect dispensing; water does not waste
heat inside the appliance and fl uids encounter less resistance.
•
For a coffee at the optimal temperature, in case a cup-warmer is
not available, warm the cup up with water only.
•
In order to obtain a thicker and more persistent cream, use cups
with an inner ovoid-shape base.

Causes
L) The capsule is stuck
or badly positioned.
M) The used capsule
container is full.
N) There is no water in
the tank.
O) The lever is not com-
pletely raised
Solution
L) Unplug the machine
from the power mains
and wait for it to cool
down; lift the lever and
remove the capsule
manually.
Use a utensil to help in
this; never use fi ngers.
M) Empty the container.
E) Fill the tank with
water.
O) Completely lower the
lever and open it until it
gets to its end point.
