POWer Subsystem

Power commands program the output power of the instrument.

Sets the immediate or triggered power level when the output is operating in power priority mode. The
triggered level is a stored value that is transferred to the output when an output Step is
triggered. Units are in watts. The maximum value depends on the power rating of the unit. The
minimum value is the most negative value.

Specifies the low-pass filter corner frequency applied to the programming setpoint signal with the
power bandwidth. The value is in Hertz. There is only one compensation bandwidth. The default
frequency is optimized for maximum up-programming speed and the fastest transient response time.

Sets the minimum anticipated operating voltage. If the operating voltage falls below this value, the
current will be limited to Pset/Vmin and the status will change from "CP" to "Unreg". Setting Vmin
lower than necessary will cause the CP response time to become needlessly slow.
The available setting range is the model's minimum positive programming voltage to the model's
maximum positive programming voltage.
