Step 3:
Adjustment of seat inclination.

This rowing machine is designed for 4 incline positions in the
rear end. Fit the quick release knob (19) into the rear end of
mainframe (1). Loosen the knob head of quick release (19) a few
turns and pull the knob head out. Lift the rear incline adjuster
(3) to the desired height position and align the holes to lock the
knob screw for desired incline position. Note: Do not pull out
the rear inclined adjuster (3) further than the marked max.-line
(see drawing A).
Step 4:
Assembly of computer.

Take the computer (51) out of the packaging and insert the
batteries (Type "AA"-1.5 V pencells) by watching for the right
polarity on the back of the computer (51). (Batteries for the
computer are not included in this item. Please buy them at your
located market.) Connect the sensor cable (52) with cable of
the computer (51) and slide the computer (51) onto the bracket
(A) that is welded onto the front part of the ground frame (1).
Step 5:
Checks

Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections.
Installation is thereby complete.
2.
When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the ma-
chine at a low resistance setting and make your individual
adjustments.
Note:
Please keep the instructions in a safe place as these may be re-
quired for repairs or spare parts orders becoming necessary later.
The computer switches of automatically approx. 4 minutes after
training is stopped. All values attained until the will be deleted.
Warning
Never touch the hydraulic cylinder during or immediately after the
training, since it can get very hot depending the amount of use.
In some instances, despite strict quality control, it occurs that small
pieces of painting or other small particles will loosen from moving
parts or oil might drip from the hydraulic cylinders. Therefore, please
protect your floor or carpet by putting a mat or cloth underneath
the product.
