Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them
on the floor and check that all are there on the basis of the
packing list in these instructions for assembly and use. Please
note that a number of parts have been connected directly to
the main frame and preassembled.In addition, there are seve-
ral other individual parts that have been attached to separate
units. This will make it easier and quicker for you to assemble
the equipment. Assembly time: 10 min.
Step 1:
Unfolding the rowing machine.
1.
Screw out the two hand grip screws (33) from main frame (1)
and then pull out the two locking pins (56).
2.
Fold out the extension rowing arms (5) and re-position the two
hand grip screws (33) with flat washers (34) into the main frame
(1). Insert the two locking pins (56) into the holes at the rear
end of the main frame. (Folding the rowing machine in reverse
order.)
3.
Turn the quick release (19) back in the base frame (1) and plug
in the foot caps (18) to the foot pipe from the base frame (1)
Step 2:
Adjustment of foot length and rowing resistance.
1.
Unscrew the quick release (19) and lift up a little bit to pull out
the telescopic extension tube (2) as far to the front as desired
for comfortable leg extension. Lock this position with quick
release (19) and screw tightly.
Note: Do not pull out the extension pipe (2) further than the
marked max.-line (see drawing A).
2.
Put on both sides of foot pedal holder (8) each one large
washer (42) and a foot pedal (16). Put a spring washer (32) and
a washer (39) onto the screw (40) and tighten them to secure
the foot pedals (16) at foot pedal holder (8). Push the screw
caps (60) onto the screw head of screw (40).
3.
The hydraulic cylinders (45) is designed with 12 sections for
different weight resistance. Just turn the upper ring at the cy-
linders (45) and turn the designed figure pointing to the arrow
label on the cylinder main body as shown on drawing (B).
