Installing Interior Parts
1.
Installing the Chinstrap Covers
The chinstrap covers can be used on both the
left and right sides. While referring to Drawing 8,
pass each chinstrap cover through the chinstrap
and insert the snap until it clicks into place.
2.
Installing the Center Pad
Slide and insert the front plate into the gaps of
the bracket from one side (Drawing 9) to another
(Drawing 10). Snap the two snaps into place in
the rear of the center pad (Drawing 11).
3.
Installing the Ear Pads
The ear pads are interchangeable for right and
left sides. Place ear pad section (A) between the
center pad and the impact absorbing liner as per
Drawing 12. Insert the 4 clasps on the plate in
the notches of the cheek base. Fix the ear pad
in place. Install the other ear pad in the same
manner.
With the ear pads installed, the sound from
nearby vehicles will be reduced. Please be
aware of this while riding.

Réinstaller les parties intérieures

Installation des couvre jugulaires
Les couvre jugulaires peuvent être utilisés sur
les côtés gauche et droit. En vous référant
au Schéma 8, faites passer chaque couvre
jugulaire dans la jugulaire et insérez le clic
jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche.
2.
Installation du bonnet
Faites glisser et insérez la plaque avant dans
les fentes du support d'un côté (Schéma 9) à
l'autre (Schéma 10). Fixez les deux clics en
position à l'arrière du coussinet central (bonnet)
(Schéma 11).
3.
Installation des coussinets d'oreille
Les coussinets d'oreille sont interchangeables
pour les côtés gauche et droit. Placez la partie
(A) du coussinet d'oreille entre le coussinet
central et le calotin d'absorption, comme indiqué
sur le Schéma 12. Insérez les 4 attaches sur
la plaque dans les encoches de la base de
coussinets maxillaires. Fixez le coussinet
d'oreille en place. Installez l'autre coussinet
d'oreille de la même manière.
Une fois les coussinets d'oreille installés,
le bruit des véhicules environnants sera
réduit. Veuillez prendre ce facteur en
considération lors de la conduite.

Installing the Cheek Pads
Before installing the cheek pads, make sure that
the two snaps are positioned properly shown in
Drawing 13. They may not be fastened if they

are not positioned properly.
Identify a right and a left pad.
Insert the notch (b) into a boss of a cheek pad
bracket (B) at the rear of the helmet (Drawing
14) and slide it toward the back of the helmet.
Then, do frontward and insert the notch (a) into a
boss of a cheek pad bracket (A) as per Drawing
15. Be sure to slide the plate toward the back
of the helmet when you insert the rear section
(Drawing 14), otherwise the notch (a) may not fit
to the boss.

After the plates are inserted, pass the chinstrap
through the hollow section of the cheek pad
(Drawing 16). Fasten the snaps in 1 to 2 order
by pressing the head of the snaps firmly from
the pad side until they click in place. Press the
corner of the pad as shown in the Drawing 17
and fit the cheek pad plate securely into the boss
of the cheek pad base. Install the other cheek
pad in the same manner.

Installation des coussinets maxillaires
Avant d'installer les coussinet maxillaires,
a s s u r e z - v o u s q u e l e s t r o i s c l i c s s o n t
correctement positionnées comme indiqué sur
le Schéma 13. Ils peuvent ne pas être crochetés
s'ils n'ont pas été positionnés correctement.
Identifiez un coussinet gauche et un coussinet
droit.

Insérez l'encoche (b) dans un bossage d'applique
de coussinet maxillaire (B) à l'arrière du casque
(Schéma 14) et faites-la glisser vers l'arrière
du casque. Ensuite, passez à l'avant et insérez
l'encoche (A) dans un bossage d'applique de
coussinet maxillaire (A) tel qu'indiqué dans le
Schéma 15. Veillez à faire glisser la plaque vers
l'arrière du casque en insérant la partie arrière
(Schéma 14), sinon l'encoche (a) risque de ne
pas être bien en place dans le bossage.
Une fois que les plaques sont fixées, passez
le jugulaire à travers l'espace du coussinet

maxillaire (Schéma 16). Fixez ensuite les clics
dans l'ordre 1 à 2 en pressant fermement la
partie intérieure du clic depuis le coussinet,
jusqu'à entendre un « clic ». Appuyez sur le coin
du coussinet comme indiqué sur le Schéma
17, et ajustez la plaque du coussinet maxillaire
fermement dans le bossage de la base de
coussinet maxillaire. Installez l'autre coussinet
maxillaire de la même manière.
