ABIMIG
For welding tasks for which a continuous wire guide is essential, the insulating bush in the interior
of the torch neck seat can be screwed out using a flat head screwdriver (width approx. 10 mm).
ABICOR BINZEL offers an optional insulating bush for through-hole wire guides.
To ensure perfect welds, please note the following:
1 Torch handle
2 Cooling liquid

NOTICE
• Make sure that no residual coolant enters the wire conduit!
• When unscrewing the torch neck (4), always keep the torch handle (1) pointing
downwards. This prevents residual coolant from seeping into the gas and wire guides.
• Seal the torch neck (4) using the sealing plug (3) to prevent residual coolant from
escaping.
