1 Disconnect the cable assembly (4) on the machine side and lay it out straight.
2 Unscrew and remove the torch neck (1).
3 Unscrew the insulating piece (2) from the torch neck seat using a flat head screwdriver
(width approx. 10 mm).
4 Optionally seal the torch neck with the sealing plug (10).
5 Unscrew the nut (6) from the central connector (7).
6 Push out the liner (9) from the central connector (7) until reaching the end stop of the liner's
nipple in the torch.
7 Screw on the nut (6) hand tight.
8 Cut off the liner (9) at the front of the torch handle (3) or sealing plug (10) so that it is flush.
9 Unscrew the nut (6).
10Pull the liner (9) back out.
