Problem
The product has no power when the
operator tries to throttle up.
The vibration levels are too high.
The temperature of the product is too
high.
The engine decreases in power or in
speed.
There is much dust during operation.
You can see dust in the air.
Transportation and storage
CAUTION: Do not install the rail fixture to
the product during transport of the product.
The rail fixture is a precision tool. A
damaged tool gives less accurate cuts.
• Keep the rail fixture separated from the product in
the supplied box.

Cause
The air filter is clogged.
The fuel filter is clogged.
The fuel tank flow is blocked.
The cutting blade is installed incor-
rectly.
The cutting blade is defective.
A vibration damping unit is defective.
The air intake or the cylinder flanges
are blocked.
The drive belt tension is not suffici-
ent.
The clutch is defective.
The air filter is clogged.
The water supply or water pressure
is not sufficient.

Possible solutions
Examine the air filter. If it is necessa-
ry, replace it.
Replace the fuel filter.
Speak to your service agent.
Make sure that the cutting blade is
correctly installed and that it is not
damaged. Refer to
air filter on page 76 .

Clean the air intake and the cylinder
flanges.
Examine the belt. Adjust the tension.
Always cut at full throttle.

• Secure the product during transportation to prevent
damage and accidents.
• Remove the cutting blade before transportation or

• Keep the product in a locked area to prevent access
for children or persons that are not approved.
• Keep the cutting blades in dry, frost free conditions.
• Examine all new and used blades for transport and
storage damage before assembly.
• Clean and maintain the product before storage.
