 Pressing button 9 (Swing) will start the oscillating function: the flap in front of
discharge vent 5 will move and air will start to flow. This function works while
heating and ventilating. By pressing the button again, the oscillating function is
turned off.
 The required temperature can be set using buttons 10 and 11. The display will
momentarily show the required temperature and before returning to the current
temperature. The built-in thermostat will switch off the heating when the
desired temperature has been reached. Once the temperature starts dropping,
the heating will automatically switch back on.
Note! The fan will continue to run for another 30 minutes after the thermostat
has turned off the heating elements. This means that the air is constantly
moved, allowing the heater to accurately detect if the area is cooling down.
 Press the ON/OFF button again in order to switch the heater off. When you have
been using the device to provide heat, it will cool off for 30 minutes before
switching off entirely. During cooling, the indicator lamp A will flash on and off.
Once the cooling period has come to an end and the signal light A has gone off,
press the main switch 1 to turn off and remove the plug from the socket.
Connection and method of external temperature sensor:
• Because the temperature sensor is on the stove, the measurement is not
particularly accurate. For more accurate measurement, connect the supplied
separate thermostat by plugging the plug into the device and removing the
sensor 2 meters from the heater.
When you have plugged in the
separate thermostat, it
automatically takes over the
thermostat operation.
• The fan now continues to run
instead of 30 minutes for 5
minutes after the thermostat has
switched off the heating elements. The stove keeps the air in the room moving
and is therefore optimally able to feel whether the room is cooling down.
• To switch the heater off, press the ON / OFF button again. When you have
heated up, the stove will now cool for 5 minutes before it switches off
completely. During re-cooling, the indicator light A flashes. When the after-
cooling stops and the indicator light A has gone out, press the main switch 1
and remove the plug from the socket.
Emergency operation of the appliance
The most important functions of the appliance can be activated without the use of
the remote control.
 By pressing the mode button MODE (2), you can consecutively set: ventilation -
heating at half power - heating at full power - heating at full power with
oscillation - off. The corresponding lamps will light up.
