4 - CUTTING THE EXTRUDED PROFILES
IN ALUMINIUM AND RUBBER
To obtain the length of the three types of profiles
(Fig.2-3-6-7-8) follow the instructions below:
1. Determine the total length of crossbeam T
(including the heads) with the formula:
1 Door (Fig.7):
g
Knowing LUP
T = 2LUP + 2ST + SC + PS + PD + 10
g
Knowing A
T = 2A - SC + PS + PD + 10
2 Doors (Fig.6):
g
Knowing LUP
T = 2LUP + 2SC + PS + PD + 10
g
Knowing A
T = 4A - 2SC + PS + PD + 10
m
ATTENTION All the measurements must be in
millimetres.
2. Determine the cutting length L of the housing (A) with the
formula L = T - 6
3. The same formula is also valid for the track (B).
4. The same formula is also valid for the rubber on the track
(Fig. 3).
5. Determine the cutting length LC of the cover (C) with the
formula LC = T - 8
m
ATTENTION Check there are no burrs in the cutting
zone, otherwise remove them with a file.
5 - TRACK ASSEMBLY
Apply the specific compartment of the housing, the rubber and
the track. The rubber and the track simply lock together (Fig. 4-5).

6 - PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION

are within the maximum capacity permitted for the
automatism; if in doubt, do not proceed beyond the
installation phases; if doors are installed with weights near
the capacity limits of the system, you need to ensure more
frequent maintenance and periodic controls to assess wear
on the system parts; always replace the parts showing signs
of wear, even if slight.
The automatism is prepared to work with configuration of
different accessories and peripherals.
Fig.10 shows an example of complete installation where the
possible access points are highlighted in the automatism box for
connection to the following peripherals:
A - Left opening safety sensor
B - Closure and command safety internal sensor
C - Closure and command safety external sensor
D - Right opening safety sensor
E - Differential switch (mains power supply 230Vac)

Prepare the access points inside the automatism to enable
connection with the external peripherals. For mains power supply
cable passage, use the notch prepared on the head or make a
specific one on the aluminium profile as indicated in Fig. 11.
Protect the cable with the specific washer supplied.
