25 - TESTING
For testing, you need to use the buttons positioned on the side of
the display on the control unit.
The buttons + or - are used to select the parameters, the ENT
button to confirm and the ESC button to exit.
The ON-BAT and RESET buttons during testing are not used
(Fig.48).
Power the board using the power supply cable and check the
Main Key is inserted.
The display should show (Fig.49):
• The latest version of the firmware (e.g.
C0
• The type of automatism (
• The latest version of safety control (e.g. 1-02)

ATTENTION: The firmware and safety control versions
outlined in Figure 49 are an example.
Make a bridge between the terminals:
COM - SAFE CLOSE 1 - SAFE CLOSE 2 (terminals 10-12-13).

Repeat this operation 3-4 times, then dismantle the trolley.
Having concluded the procedure, restore the initial parameters of
the central command, RESETTING DEFAULT as follows:
• press the +/- keys until the writing

• press ENT: the value
is displayed
• press ENT again and keep pressed for 5 seconds
• the segments of the display start to rotate and afterwards the

• the unit parameters have returned to the factory settings
• remove the bridges between terminals 10-12-13

26 - FASTENING THE COVER
Fasten the cover on the box (Fig.54).
Fasten using the screw (Fig.55).
Alternatively, you can fasten the cover on the lower side using the
optional cover closure kit.
Proceed as follows:
1. make two 5.5mm diameter holes under the cover at a distance
of 6mm from the ends with reference to the centre marked line
2. fasten the cover using the 5x10 B screws by screwing them
into the inserts positioned in the specific compartments on the
heads (Fig.56-57)
27 - ASSEMBLY OF BUFFER PROFILE
(OPTIONAL)
Cut the buffer profile (Figure 58), to the length:
• Cutting length LT of buffering, LT = T - 8
(where T is the length, including the heads, of the crossbeam).

ATTENTION: Based on the length, you need to use the
buffer support brackets ref. A Fig. 59. Quantities to use:
• Lengths under or equal to 1,500 mm: no bracket
• Lengths over, assemble a bracket every 1,500 mm see Fig.60.
To assemble the buffer, do as follows (Fig.61):
• Insert the screw M5x16 (B) in the buffer channel (C).
• Insert the screw and the buffer profile in the eyelet obtained on
the front welded corner.
• Tighten the screws on both heads using the flanged nut M5
(A).
• Insert the screw M5x16 (D) in the buffer profile channel (E).
• Insert the screw and the buffer profile in the eyelet obtained on
the bracket.
• Tighten the screws using the flanged nut M5 (C).
• Tighten the bracket to the housing as indicated in Figure 62.

ATTENTION: The buffer profile must be adjusted
correctly at the time of installation Fig.63.
28 - ASSEMBLY OF SMALL BRUSH
(OPTIONAL)
Insert the small brush in the channel B Figure 64 (if the buffer
profile is used, the small brush must be inserted in the channel of
the profile).
Crush the ends of the brush holder channel to block it (Fig.65).
The dimensions of the brushes are as follows:
• Small brush L = 14 mm
• Small brush L = 20 mm
• Small brush L = 27 mm
