4 Configuration of the torch product ranges

• BIKOX "low weight" cable assembly
The product range has been divided into 3 torch series according to the degree
of modular options:
1 Basic torch T
Complete standard torch ready for welding consisting of:
• All torch sizes 3, 4 and 5 m in length
• Standard equipment for wear parts and torch neck
• Central connector KZ-2
2 COMBI-torch T
Combination of modular sub-assemblies, simple mounting by the user:
• torch sizes 3/4/5 m in length are equipped with machine connection KZ-2
and 3/4/4,5/5 m in length equipped with the machine direct connector
basic UNI plug
• Torch neck sets are torch necks equipped with the following wear parts:
Standard gas nozzle, contact tip, standard tip adaptor and neck-liner.
They can be combined for the full wire range of any torch size.
• Liners can be selected or wire lengths 3/4/5 m in length
• Direct connector sets for completing the machine direct connector
3 Vario torch T
Torches ready for welding, which use the full variable range of modular options
®
of the ABIMIG A T XX5 LW range of products.
The configurations can be assembled from all existing and compatible sub-
assemblies and elements for each torch size.
For each torch size, the following versions can be selected according to the
version code numbers:
• Contact tip type, material, wire diameter, gas nozzles screw or plug type
in all available nominal sizes
• Torch necks according to type, bending, length
• Wire guide according to welding wire type and torch length
• Handle, up/down, trigger lever length, cable support type

• BIKOX lengths up to 8m.
• for welding wire 2.0 mm and 2.4 mm with undivided wire guide only
• Different machine connections for central or direct connector
