• vérifier que les ampoules sous vide du disjoncteur VD4 n'ont
pas été endommagées par des chocs accidentels;
• insérer les appareils dans les compartiments dans la
position de sectionné avec appareils ouverts et brancher les
connecteurs des auxiliaires;
• alimenter les circuits auxiliaires;
• contrôler que la valeur de la tension d'alimentation des circuits
auxiliaires est comprise entre 85% et 110% de la tension
nominale des appareillages.

6.4.9. Séquence des manœuvres des unités
ARRIVÉE / DÉPART / COUPLEUR
Les manœuvres commencées doivent toujours être

menées à terme. En fin de manœuvre le levier doit
être retiré. En cas d'accouplement à d'autres unités
et en ayant l'exigence de verrouillages, le client doit
unir les clés avec un anneau soudé pour garantir la
sécurité de la séquence des manœuvres.
Avant d'ouvrir la porte vérifier que les dispositifs si-
gnalant la présence de tension en aval du disjoncteur
sont éteints, à travers le hublot vérifier la position
des appareils.
Accès à l'unité P1/E
Ouvrir le disjoncteur
• vérifier à travers le hublot que l'indicateur de position du
disjoncteur indique l'ouverture de ce dernier «O»;
• placer le disjoncteur dans la position de sectionné;
• contrôler que les indicateurs de présence tension sont éteints;
• fermer le sectionneur de terre (si prévu);
• ouvrir la porte du compartiment en tirant la poignée vers le haut.
Accès aux unités WCB et WSB
Compartiment disjoncteur
• vérifier à travers le hublot que l'indicateur de position du
disjoncteur indique l'ouverture de ce dernier «O»;
• placer le disjoncteur dans la position de sectionné;
• ouvrir la porte du disjoncteur.
Procédure exécutable en continuité de service (compartiment
barres et câbles de tension).
Compartiment des câbles
• vérifier à travers le hublot que l'indicateur de position du
disjoncteur indique l'ouverture de ce dernier «O»;
• placer le disjoncteur dans la position de sectionné;
• contrôler que les indicateurs de présence tension sont éteints;
• fermer le sectionneur de terre (si prévu);
• ouvrir la porte du compartiment des câbles en tirant la poignée
vers le haut.
Mise en service
• Fermer la porte du compartiment disjoncteur et pousser la
poignée vers le bas. Dans le cas des unités WCB et WSB
fermer la porte du compartiment des câbles;
• ouvrir le sectionneur de terre (si prévu);
• placer le disjoncteur dans la position de embroché;
• fermer le disjoncteur électriquement ou avec les boutons-
poussoirs mécaniques à bord du panneau (sur demande);
• vérifier à travers le hublot que le disjoncteur est fermé (indi-
cateur « I »).

• insert the apparatus in the compartments in the isolated
position with the apparatus open and insert the connectors
of the auxiliaries;
• power the auxiliary circuits;
• check that the power supply voltage value of the circuits is
between 85% and 110% of the rated voltage of the apparatus.

6.4.9. Sequence of operations of the units
INCOMING / OUTGOING / BUS-TIE
Once started, all the operations must be completed.

On completion of the operation the lever must be
removed. In the case of coupling with other units,
which require interlocks, it is up to the customer to
join the keys with a welded ring, in order to guarantee
safety of the operation sequence.
Before opening the door, check that the voltage
detectors on the load side of the circuit-breaker are
off, and check the position of the apparatus through
the inspection window.
Access to the P1/E unit
Open the circuit-breaker
• through the window, check that the position indicator of the
circuit-breaker indicates its opening "O";
• take the circuit-breaker into the isolated position;
• check that the voltage detectors are off;
• close the earthing switch (if present);
• open the unit door by pulling the handle upwards.
Access to the WCB and WSB units
Circuit-breaker compartment
• through the window, check that the position indicator of the
circuit-breaker indicates its opening "O";
• take the circuit-breaker into the isolated position;
• open the door of the circuit-breaker.
Procedure made in service continuity (busbar compartment and
cable compartment energized).
Cable compartment
• through the window, check that the position indicator of the
circuit-breaker indicates its opening "O";
• take the circuit-breaker into the isolated position;
• check that the voltage detectors are off;
• close the earthing switch (if present);
• open the door of the cable compartment by pulling the handle
upwards.
Putting into service
• Close the door of the compartment circuit-breaker and push
the handle downwards. In case units WCB and WSB close
the door of the compartment cable;
• open the earthing switch (if present);
• take the circuit-breaker into racked-in position;
• close the circuit-breaker electrically or by means of mechanical
pushbutton on board of the unit (on request);
• through the inspection window, check that the circuit-breaker
is closed (indicator on "I").
