6.4.6. M anœuvres d'embrochage et de débrochage des
appareillages dans le tableau
En cas d'exécution de manœuvres avec le disjoncteur
!
débroché du tableau, faire tout particulièrement
attention aux parties en mouvement.
Le disjoncteur doit être introduit dans l'unité seu-
lement dans la position ouverte, l'introduction et
l'extraction doivent être graduelles pour éviter que
les verrouillages mécaniques ne soient déformés par
les chocs.
Les instructions reportées ci-dessous concernent
le disjoncteur HD4.
Ces instructions sont également valables pour le
disjoncteur VD4.
6.4.6.1 Manœuvre d'embrochage du disjoncteur
a) Passage de disjoncteur embroché à la position de
«sectionné»:
• après avoir suivi les instructions du paragraphe 6.4.4.3, ouvrir
la porte de l'unité;
• approcher le chariot du tableau, introduire les brides
d'accrochage et bloquer les roues;
• décrocher le disjoncteur du chariot en déplaçant en même
temps les deux poignées vers l'axe médian du disjoncteur et
simultanément pousser progressivement le disjoncteur vers le
fond du tableau en s'aidant des poignées, jusqu'à ce que le
disjoncteur se bloque avec les poignées qui se déclenchent
latéralement en s'insérant dans les gorges des glissières
latérales;
• débloquer les roues du chariot, soulever les brides d'accro-
chage et éloigner le chariot du tableau.

(verrouillages horizontaux du chariot insérés dans
leurs sièges).
b) Passage de la position «sectionnée» à celle de
«sectionnée en essai» (connexion des auxiliaires):
• brancher et accrocher le connecteur mobile dans la prise fixe
de la cellule.
a) Passage de la position «sectionnée en essai» à celle
de «embroché» (avec sectionneur de terre ouvert):
• fermer la porte du compartiment disjoncteur en poussant la
poignée vers le bas;
• contrôler si:
– l'aimant du verrouillage du sectionneur de terre est alimenté
(si prévu);
– les verrouillages à clé, si prévus, sont désactivés;
• introduire le levier de manœuvre dans le siège du sectionneur
de terre en faisant coïncider le tenon avec l'une des deux
rainures;
• ouvrir le sectionneur de terre en tournant le levier de manœuvre
dans le sens inverse aux aiguilles d'une montre;
• extraire le levier de manœuvre de l'axe du sectionneur de
terre;

6.4.6. O perations for racking apparatus into/out of the
switchgear
Should any operations be carried out with the circuit-
!
breaker racked out of the switchgear, be very careful
of the moving parts.
The circuit-breaker must only be racked into the
unit in the open position. Racking-in/out must be
done gradually to prevent any impacts which might
deform the mechanical interlocks.
The HD4 circuit-breaker is represented in the in-
structions given below.
In any case, the instructions are also valid for the
VD4 circuit-breaker.
6.4.6.1 Circuit-breaker racking-in operation
a) Passing from the circuit-breaker "racked-out" to the
"isolated" position:
• after having carried out the instructions indicated in paragraph
6.4.4.3, open the unit door;
• put the truck near the switchgear, insert the hooking up bra-
ckets and block the truck wheels;
• release the circuit-breaker from the truck by moving the two
handles at the same time towards the median axis of the
circuit-breaker and simultaneously push the circuit-breaker
progressively towards the back of the switchgear using the
handles until the circuit-breaker locks, with the handles which
snap sideways and are inserted in the slots of the lateral guides;
• release the truck wheels, lift the hooking up brackets and
move the truck away from the switchgear.

b) Passing from the "isolated" to the "isolated for test"
position (connection of the auxiliaries):
• insert and hook up the mobile connector in the fixed socket
of the enclosure.
a) Passing from the "isolated for test" to the "connec-
ted" position (with earthing switch open):
• close the circuit-breaker compartment door by pushing the
handle downwards;
• check that:
– the locking magnet of the earthing switch (if provided) is
supplied with power;
– the key locks, if provided, are de-activated;
• insert the operating lever into the earthing switch seat making
the projecting part coincide with one of the two slots;
• open the earthing switch by turning the operating lever anti-
clockwise;
• remove the operating lever from the earthing switch seat;
