Solutions
- Wrong neutral conductor connection. Turn
the power supply plug 180° or disable
the neutral sensor using the optional
management software.
- Make sure that the mains socket is
powered.
- Make sure that the power supply cable is
connected correctly to the mains socket
and the UPS connector.
- There is an UPS output overload. Reduce
the number of items connected, so that the
load does not exceed the maximum power
that can be supplied by the UPS.
- The UPS batteries are fully exhausted
and the UPS can only restart if power is
connected to the input. Check the thermal
magnetic or earth leakage circuit breakers
upstream the UPS.
- The input power is outside the voltage and/
or frequency limits of the UPS, but may still
be used by the same. The bypass function is
not available.
- Switch the UPS off, wait a few minutes
and then switch it back on. Check that
the fan is working correctly and that the
corresponding air flow is not obstructed.
If after restarting the problem continues,
contact the LEGRAND Technical Support
Service.
