STORING MACHINE

1. Remove brush/pad driver from machine and neatly
coil cord around cord hooks on handle.
2. Store machine in a dry area in the upright position.
WARNING: Do Not Use Outdoors Or On Wet
Surfaces. Do Not Expose to Rain. Store Indoors.

TRANSPORTING MACHINE

1. Unplug the power cord and remove the pad from
the machine. Neatly coil the cord around the cord
hooks to prevent cord damage.
2. Load the machine using a recommended loading
ramp or carefully lift the machine with adequate
assistance.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM
Machine does not
operate.
Machine operates
with a wobble or jerky
motion.
Machine circuit
breaker trips
continuously.

CAUSE
Faulty power cord.
Tripped circuit breaker.
Tripped building circuit breaker.
Faulty machine wiring.
Faulty ON/OFF twist grip switch.
Faulty motor.
Capacitor burned out (Single speed models). Contact Service Center.
Rectifier burned out (Dual speed models).
Soiled Pad.
Improper pad/brush for application.
Pad driver/brush not installed correctly.
Pad/brush unevenly worn.
Pad not properly centered on pad driver.
Heavily soiled pad/brush.
Improper pad/brush for application.
Defective circuit breaker.
Worn carbon brushes in motor.
FOR SAFETY: When transporting machine, get
assistance when lifting machine.
3. Secure machine with tie–down straps when
transporting by vehicle.

Surfaces. Do Not Expose to Rain. Store Indoors.
