7) Press and hold "+" (Fig. 08; pos. 3) until the
display (Fig. 08; pos. 2) shows "s -> c" indi-
cating the transition from steam mode to cof-
fee mode. The PID digital temperature control
will adjust the boiler temperature to the preset
value for coffee.
After each steam delivery, you need to
fill the boiler as follows:
1) Be sure to set the condition "s -> c" indicat-
ing the transition from steam mode to coffee
mode as described in paragraph 7 above.
2) Place a container under the steam/water de-
livery pipe (Fig. 01; pos. 3).
3) Open the steam/water tap (Fig. 05; pos. 1).
4) Turn on the pump switch (Fig. 05; pos. 2) up
to the delivery with continuous flow of water
from the steam/water delivery pipe (Fig. 01;
pos. 3).
5) Turn off the pump switch (Fig. 05; pos. 2) and
close the steam/water tap (Fig. 05; pos. 1).
The machine is ready for normal operation.
Do not touch the water/steam distribu-
tor tap directly as it is hot.

5.6 Switching off

Turn off the main switch (Fig. 05; pos. 3) (red led
off Fig. 01; pos. 15).
Should the machine be off for long periods:
1) Empty the tank.
2) Unplug from power supply.
3) Replace the machine in a dry, weather-resist-
ant environment of exclusive access.

6 - MAINTENANCE

To allow the machine to work correctly, follow the
maintenance instructions provided below.

6.1 Safety rules

Do not subject the machine to water
jets. Do not immerse the machine in
water for cleaning. Disconnect the

6.2 Cleaning the machine

These advices are indicative, the maintenance and
cleaning schedules depend on the use of the ma-
