Set speed to appropriate setting.
Apply adequate force to tool securing it tightly to workpiece. See
instruction manual.
If the unit continues to stall (forcing the need to rotate the stall release
lever) choose the appropriate material and fastener length that is not
too rigorous of an application.
If trying to drive longer pins in soft woods, or driving pins into harder
materials using speed 1 - adjust speed setting to position 2.
Replace driver with kit.
See authorised service centre.
Load pins in magazine.
Use only the recommended pins. Refer to Technical Data.
Clean nose area and watch closely for small pieces of broken pins stuck
in the track.

Replace spring. See authorised service centre.

Make sure to magazine is latched properly.

If the unit continues to stall (forcing the need to rotate the stall release

too rigorous an application.

Load more pins in magazine to disengage dryfire lockout.
New tools can take 100–500 pins for parts to mesh and wear in
together. Drive shorter pins during this period if experiencing difficulty
fully driving pins.
If trying to drive longer pins in soft materials, or driving pins into harder
materials using speed 1 - adjust speed setting to position 2 or 3.
Replace magazine. See authorised service centre.
Replace driver.
