WARNING! Ensuring adequate ventilation:
o
Make sure the ceramic hob is well ventilated and that the air inlet and outlet are
not blocked. In order to avoid accidental contact with the excess heat at the bottom
of the hob, or getting an unexpected electric shock when working, it is necessary to
place a wooden insert, fixed by screws, at a minimum distance of 50 mm from the
bottom of the hob. Follow the specifications below.

There are ventilation holes around the outside of the hob. You MUST ensure these
holes are not blocked by the worktop when you put the hob into position.
o
Be aware that the glue that joins the plastic or wooden material to the appliance
has to resist temperatures up to 150℃ to avoid the panelling becoming unstuck.
o
The rear wall, adjacent and surrounding surfaces must therefore be able to with-
stand temperatures of 90℃.
