8.2.1 Replacing the battery
Stored tank data is not lost when the battery is replaced.
1. Remove the old battery and insert a new battery (see
chapter "Inserting/connecting the battery").
2. Dispose of the battery in compliance with all applicable directives,
standards and safety regulations.
