Betriebsanleitung
Sicherheitsvorschriften
beauftragte Personal muss vor Arbeits-
beginn die Betriebsanleitung und hier
besonders das Kapitel Sicherheitshin-
weise gelesen haben. Während des
Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu spät. Dies gilt
in besonderem Masse für nur gelegent-
lich, z.B. beim Rüsten, Warten, an der
Maschine tätig werdendes Personal.
In regelmäßigen Abständen muss das
sicherheits- und gefahrenbewusste
Arbeiten des Personals unter Beach-
tung der Betriebsanleitung kontrolliert
werden. Das Personal darf keine offe-
nen langen Haare, lose Kleidung oder
Schmuck einschließlich Ringe tragen.
Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr z.B.
durch Hängen bleiben oder Einziehen.
Soweit erforderlich oder durch Vor-
schriften gefordert, persönliche
Schutzausrüstung benutzen! Alle
Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise
an der Maschine beachten!
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhin-
weise an/auf der Maschine sind voll-
zählig und in lesbarem Zustand zu
halten!
Bei sicherheitsrelevanten Änderun-
gen an der Maschine oder ihres Be-
triebsverhaltens, muss die Maschine
sofort stillgesetzt werden.
Die Ursache der Störung ist sofort
festzustellen!
Dies gilt besonders für den Einbau und
die Einstellung von Sicherheitseinrich-
tungen sowie für das Schweißen an
tragenden Teilen.
Ersatzteile müssen den vom Hersteller
festgelegten technischen Anforderun-
gen entsprechen. Dies ist bei Origi-
nalersatzteilen immer gewährleistet.

A intervalles réguliers, vérifier, en se
reportant aux instructions de service, si
le personnel travaille dans le respect
des consignes de sécurité et en étant
conscient des dangers.
Les cheveux longs non attachés ne sont
pas permis ainsi que les vêtements
amples, bijoux, y compris les anneaux.
Risque de blessure, par exemple par
accrochage ou traction.
Si cela s'avère nécessaire ou exigé
par les prescriptions, utilisez un
équipement individuel de protection!
Tenez compte de toutes les consi-
gnes de sécurité et indications de
danger appliquées sur la machine.
Les consignes de sécurité et les indi-
cations de danger placées sur ou près
de la machine doivent être maintenues
dans leur intégralité et lisibles.
En cas de modifications de la machine
ou de son mode de travail touchant à la
sécurité, la machine doit être immédia-
tement mise hors service.
Déterminez immédiatement la cause
de la panne!
Ceci vaut en particulier pour le montage
ou l'installation de dispositifs de sécurité
ainsi que pour les travaux de soudure
réalisés sur des éléments porteurs.
Les pièces détachées doivent corres-
pondre aux exigences techniques défi-
nies par le constructeur. Cette condi-
tion est toujours remplie dans le cas
de pièces détachées d'origine.

the Instruction Manual and the chap-
ter Safety Instructions, in particular ,
before starting any work with or on the
machine. Once work has started, it is
too late. This applies in particular to
those persons who only work on the
machine occasionally, e.g. doing
setup, servicing, staff who are learn-
ing to operate the machine.
At regular intervals checks must be
carried out to ensure that personnel
are safety-conscious and aware of
all the risks and work in compliance
with the Instruction Manual. Personnel
must not wear their long hair down or
open, or be wearing loose clothing or
jewelry, including rings. There is a risk
of injury e.g. through hair or clothing
getting caught or pulled into the ma-
chine.
Personal safety equipment must
be used where necessary or re-
quired by regulations! Comply with
all safety and danger information
on the machine!
All safety and danger information
on the machine must be kept in a
complete and legible condition!
If the machine behaves in a way
that has a safety relevance, then
shut the machine off immediately.
Find the cause of the fault immedi-
ately!
This applies in particular to the instal-
lation and settings of safety devices
and to welding work on any load-
bearing parts.
Spare parts must conform to the
manufacturer's specifications. This is
always guaranteed with original
spare parts.
