terial in the gravity flow

Defective paint needle
sealing

not been positioned in
correct location (pin is

Corrective action

Tighten fluid tip [2-1]
with universal spanner
Replace air distribu-
tion ring, as it will be
damaged during disas-
sembly
Tighten air cap [2-2]
by hand
Clean air circuit, ob-
serve chapter 8
Clean nozzle set,
chapter 8, or replace,
respectively, chapter
9.1
Refill gravity flow cup
[1-6]
Replace the paint nee-
dle sealing, chapter
9.3
Clean air cap, observe
chapter 8
Check if fluid tip is
damaged, replace the
nozzle set, if neces-
sary, chapter 9.1
Replace air distribution
ring making sure it has
