Defective paint needle

Corrective action

universal spanner.
Replace air distribution
ring (see chapter 8.2).
Tighten the air cap
hand-tight.
Clean air circuit. Heed

Clean nozzle set. Heed
cleaning instructions
(see chapter 9).
Replace nozzle set (see
chapter 8.1).
Fill gravity flow cup (see
chapter 7.2).
Replace paint needle
seal (see chapter 8.3).
Clean air cap. Heed
cleaning instructions
(see chapter 9).
Check fluid tip for dam-
age and replace nozzle
set if necessary (see
chapter 8.1).
Replace air distribution
