Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor
and check roughly that all are there on the basis of the following assem-
bling steps. Please note that a number of parts have been connected
directly to the main frame and preassembled. In addition, there are
several other individual parts that have been attached to separate units.
This will make it easier and quicker for you to assemble the equipment.
Step 1:
Attach the rear foot caps (19) at main frame (1).
1. Place the preassembled unit (1) onto the floor and insert both rear foot
caps (19) into the rear tube of main frame (1). Tighten the foot caps (19)
with screws (7) at main frame (1).
2. Screw the adjusting screw (20) into the treaded hole located in front of
the main frame (1). The length of the pedal leverage can be increased or
reduced by turning the adjusting screw (20) i.e. it is possible to train with
a shorter or longer movement. (Note: Due the design of the machine,
there are areas of the adjusting range of the pedal leverage in which the
computer cannot count steps. If the computer does not count steps dur-
ing training, the adjusting screw (20) must be turned until the computer
re-commences counting steps.)
Step 2:
Attach the lower handlebar support (5) at main frame (1).
1. Guide the lower handlebar support (5) against the holder of main frame
(1) and connect the plugs of sensor cable (2) and lower connection cable
(6). (Take care that the upper end of lower connection cable (6) not drop
into the handlebar support, because it's need for further assembling.)
2. Put the lower handlebar support (5) into the holder of main frame (1) and
adjust so that the holes and threats aligned. Tighten the lower handlebar
support (5) at main frame (1) with screws (3) and washers (4) firmly.
Step 3:
Attach the upper handlebar support (9) at lower handlebar support (5).
1. Guide the upper handlebar support (9) against the holder of lower han-
dlebar support (5) and connect the plugs of lower connection cable (6)
and upper connection cable (8). (Take care that the upper end of upper
connection cable (8) not drop into the handlebar support, because it's
need for further assembling.)
2. Put the upper handlebar support (9) into the holder of lower handlebar
support (5) and adjust so that the holes and threats aligned. Tighten the
upper handlebar support (9) at lower handlebar support (5) with screws
(3) and washers (4) firmly.
