Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly, be sure to observe our recommendations
and safety instructions.
Step 1:
Take the computer (20) that has been supplied out of the packaging
and insert the batteries (Type "AAA"-1.5 V pencells) by watching for
the right polarity on the back of the computer (20). (Batteries for the com-
puter are not included in this item. Please buy them at your located market.)
Connect the computer (20) and the sensor cable (18) as shown in the
following drawing and then push the computer (20) into the locator on
base frame (1). Ensure that the cable is not trapped.
Step 2:
Assemble the elastic ropes (31) with carbine hooks (16) at the
hook plates (4).
Ensure before each training, that the elastic ropes (31) are focused.
Don't bend the elastic ropes (31) more than 1,30m.

Step 3:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and plug
connections. Installation is thereby complete. Check the correct fitting of
the expansion joints before every training and don't bend the expansion
joints more than 180cm.
Note:
Please keep the instructions in a safe place as these may
be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming necessary later.
Exercise 1
Barbell-Step:
For the Barbell-Step you put the elastic ropes in your hands. Now alternately
pull the expansion joints by bending your elbows. If you pull on your right,
the left leg should be stretched and contrariwise.
Exercise 2
T-Step:
For the T-Step put both elastic ropes in your hands. Stretch the elastic ropes,
until your elbows shape a straight line with both shoulders.
Exercise 3
Free-Step:
For the Free-Strep put the elastic ropes in your hands. With every step
move the elastic ropes upward until they shape a line. So that for example
if the right leg is bent, the right arm has to be forward-turned and the left
arm bent backward.
