3.2.2 Install the Cycle Front Wheel (for use in Cycle Mode)
Refer to Zigo® Bicycle Manual for specific instruction on Installing
Cycle Front Wheel.
The Front Wheel can be stored on the Front Wheel Mount, located
on the Rear Rack (optional accessory).
3.2.3 Install the Cycle Handlebar
1. Free the Handlebar from the shipping material.
2. Using Allen Wrench, remove Handlebar Clamp Bolts to detach Stem Clamp
Plate from Stem.
3. Place the center of the Handlebar in the groove of the Stem. Hold the
Handlebar in position against the Stem and loosely replace Stem Clamp Plate
and Handlebar Clamp Bolts.

The Front Brake Lever should be on the left and the Rear Brake

4. Rotate the Handlebar
to a comfortable
position and angle.
5. Securely tighten the
Handlebar Clamp
Bolts, first turn
each bolt the same
number of turns
clockwise with the
Allen Wrench until
force is required; then
tighten each bolt
alternately an equal
amount until each is
secure and you are
unable to twist the
Handlebar out of
position.
