7. Possible Malfunctions

In the case of malfunction consult the following table before you call the service or contact
the seller.
Problem
No cooling
Not enought
cooling
Water dripping
from the body of
the device
In the case you are not able to solve the problems:
- turn the device off and disconnect from the power supply (unplug!),
- do not open the body of the device,
call the service hotline or contact the supplier.

Possible cause
• Not correctly plugged in.
• The device is not turned on.
• Power supply fuse
activated.
• No power supply.
• Temperature control is
damaged.
• Heat sources too near or
the device directly exposed
to the sunshine.
• Ventilation of the device not
correct.
• The food products placed
inside the device are too
warm.
• Too many food products
placed in the device.
• Obstructed or blocked
drainage pipe.
• The device is not level.
Solution
• Unplug and plug in correctly.
• Turn the device on with
ON/OFF switch.
• Verify the fuse, plug the
device in to a different socket
and check the device.
• Verify power supply.
• Contact the supplier.
• Ensure the correct distance
between the device and
sources of heat.
• Ensure enough space
between the device and walls
or other objects.
• Cool down the food products
before placing in.
• Remove some of the food
products, if necessary.
• Clear the drainage pipe or
remove any obstructing objects.
• Level the device.
