Accessories
o Remove the shelves - grids, bars and GN containers from the device and clean
them thoroughly with warm water and food safe disinfectant. Rinse the cleaned
accessories with clean water and dry completely.
Saladette with glass top
o Clean the cutting board and the interior of the device with a food safe disinfectant and
soft cloth. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
o Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft damp cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent if
necessary.
o Never use aggressive cleaning agents, in particular scouring powder, alcohol containing
cleaning agents, or solvents, that may damage the surface of the device.
o After cleaning, dry the surfaces and polish with a dry cloth.
Glass top
o Clean regularly the interior and exterior of the glass top with a soft cloth and a food
safe disinfectant. Wipe the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Condenser
Clean the condenser regularly (once a week) to maintain its full performance capacity by
following the instructions below:
o Disconnect the device (unplug!).
o Unscrew and remove the front cover to make the condenser easily accessible.
WARNING! Risk of injury!
When operating, the surface of the compressor may become hot.
To avoid palm or hand burns, do not touch with bare hands. Use
protective gloves!
Clean the condenser with a vacuum cleaner or brush, leading a sucking element or
o
brush along the condenser ribs.
o After cleaning reassemble the removed cover.
