Be ore a y i stallatio work, the operator must
have this manual.
Before inserting the Davimast in a Tractel
a imast ase plate, check that
• The product marking is present and legible;
• The product is i a isi ly ood co ditio , ree rom
marks, impacts or de ormatio .

• The Davimast base plate is a Tractel
Davimast base plate and that it is in good condition
a d ade uately i stalled to the structure. t must e
cleaned thoroughly on the inside and must not be
deformed;
• The a imast rotatio ri
mast is in good condition before inserting it into a
Davitrac and Davimast base plate; and
• All the pi s are prese t, a d that they are
deformed or corroded. All pins must be locked by
locking pins.

locking it in place using a pin with a locking pin;

Davimast are in good condition; they must not be
de ormed, cracked or corroded a d
• The Davimast mast is locked rotationally in its base
plate by means of the pin with a locking pin.

• Two anchor points EN 795A:2012 and CEN/TS

fall arrest system in conformity with EN 363.

• One anchor point EN 795A:2012 and CEN/TS
1 41 2013, or o e operator coupled with a all
arrest system i co ormity with
• One special anchor point for elevation rescue devices
in conformity with EN 1496:2017 type B for Blocfor™
Tractel .

Carol™ bracket:
• One anchor point EN 795A:2012 and CEN/TS
1 41 2013, or o e operator coupled with a all
arrest system i co ormity with
• One special anchor point for material lifting in
conformity with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. The
maximum material lifting capacity is 250 kg.
