The settings for treatment time and temperature can be changed before or dur-
ing the ongoing treatment in manual mode and in programme mode.
Setting treatment time
•
Set the desired treatment time using the 10 and 1 buttons:
-
Button 1: input in 10-minute increments,
-
Button 10: input in 1-minute increments.
The display shows the treatment time selected.
Example:
a treatment time of 20 minutes has been entered. After 10 minutes, the treat-
ment duration is increased by 20 minutes.

The upper display shows the total of the remaining treatment time
10 minutes + extension 20 minutes = 30 minutes.

By pressing the START button again, the treatment time that has al-
ready passed (memo function) is displayed.
For safety reasons, the total treatment time is limited to 60 minutes.

If the max. treatment time of 60 minutes is exceeded during input,
5 short warning beeps will sound.
Changing treatment temperature

Use the
The temperature setting selected is displayed on the 5-level temperature scale.
Switching ionisation on and off
•
Press the ION button to switch ionisation on and off. When the function is
switched on, the LED in the button is lit.

End of treatment

Three minutes before the end of treatment, the display begins to flash.

At the end of treatment, 10 increasingly loud beeps sound.

The appliance has starts a cooling phase (approx. 3 minutes).

The hair is cooled down.
-
Remaining steam is blown out of the appliance.
The appliance returns to its start position after approx. 10 minutes.
Start position
•
Switch off appliance or prepare for new treatment.
Check results and extend treatment, if necessary
After the end of treatment (10 increasingly loud beeps), you can extend the
treatment within 10 minutes at the previously selected temperature.
The follow-up treatment time can be a maximum of 60 minutes.
