Assembly
WARNING! Risk of injury
It is only permitted to use accessory parts approved by the manufacturer.
Rapidly moving spring arm (wall-mounted version only)
The spring arm of the wall-mounted version is under high spring tension. If
the appliance is dismantled, the spring arm will shoot upwards and can cause
serious injuries.
The appliance must only be installed/dismantled by a specialist (electrician,
technician) or comparably qualified personnel in accordance with the appli-
cable assembly instructions.
Falling wall arm (wall-mounted version only)
Never hang additional loads on the wall arm.
CAUTION! – Risk of property damage
Wall-mounted version: avoid the appliance colliding with nearby walls and
objects. An optional limit stop can be mounted on the wall bearing by the
Technical Customer Service.
Do not use petrol, paint thinner, abrasive cleaners or scouring agents for
cleaning.
Keep the ambient temperature in the salon between 15 °C and 35 °C.
The relative humidity must not exceed 95%.
Do not place the appliance in direct sunlight, near high temperatures or heat-
ers, or in damp rooms.
Do not insert the water boiler into the appliance or operate it without seals.

Assembly
6.1
Tripod version
Assemble the tripod version in accordance with the assembly instructions in-
cluded with the ST5 tripod type. For safety reasons, the old ST3 tripod type must
never be used for the hair steamer P71!
6.2
Wall-mounted version
The installation of the wall-mounted version requires specialist electrical and
engineering knowledge. This version must therefore be installed exclusively by
a specialist (electrician, technician) or comparably qualified personnel in ac-
cordance with the applicable assembly and user instructions for the ACROBAT
2000.
