Steam Dispensing; Hot Water Dispensing - La Cimbali M39 DT Utilisation Et Installation

The machine has two steam systems with a steam spout for
each one.
1) One system has a knob (13) control that permits the gradual
delivery of steam, which is required for making emulsified
beverages.
Note: This dispensing system is not valid for machines
equipped with a Turbosteam steam nozzle.
2) The other system has a button control (18).
When heating a beverage, insert the steam spout (9) into
the beverage and then press the button or turn the knob
(depending on the system used).
When finished, turn off the steam.
Note: At the conclusion of each steam dispensing phase,
clean the inside of the steam nozzle as follows:
Turn the nozzle towards the cup tray and carefully
activate steam dispensing at least once.
Dispensing with the Turbosteam selector (13) (when
provided)
Machines equipped with the TURBOSTEAM (STOP STEAM)
dispensing system have the "stop steam dispensing when
set temperature is reached" function, and can rapidly heat
and froth milk.
After selecting the type of milk you desire (heated or frothed),
insert the steam nozzle (9a) into a suitable container, making
sure the bulb is completely immersed in the milk.
The dispensing of hot water is controlled by the economizer
which permits mixing hot water from the boiler with fresh cold
water from the mains and controls its temperature.
With this system, water quality is improved and assures the
best results for the operator.
After having placed an appropriate container under the
dispenser, proceed in either of the following two ways:
- Press the DOSING BUTTON (12) that has the appropriate
memorization.
- For CONTINUOUS dispensing, press the STOP push button
(35).
Dispensing, whether for dosed servings or in the continuous
dispensing mode, can be interrupted at any time by pressing
the START-STOP push button.
NOTE:
- When using any of the dosing buttons, dispensing can be
interrupted by pressing the STOP button; the memorized
data will not be affected.
- The adjustment of the economizer for regulating the deli-
vered water temperature is made by the installing service
technician.

11.1 Steam dispensing

Turn the automatic steam knob (13) in the appropriate direction.
Once the set temperature is reached, steam dispensing can
be stopped automatically or manually.
