4.2.5 Installing signal attenuator plates
1. Select required signal attenuator plates.
For open-path gas detectors, use the following signal attenuator plates:
Measuring path
4 m to 8 m
8 m to 16 m
16 m to 200 m
For duct-mount gas detectors, use the following signal attenuator plates:
Measuring path
1 m to 2 m
2 m to 4 m
4 m to 8 m
2. Press the signal attenuator plates into the recesses in front of the lenses.
