b) Selecting the light source
The meter offers 10 options for different light sources (L0 – L9), each with a special calibration correction factor
(multiplier).
The memory locations for the light sources L0 to L6 are fixed in the device and cannot be changed. The memory loca-
tions L7 to L9 can be individually adjusted by the user (with a multiplier value of 0.001 to 1.999).

The selection of the light source (L S) can be changed as follows:
• Press and hold down the "REC" button for approx. 2 seconds.
• Use the "▲" or "▼" buttons to select the memory location that is suitable for your light source. The correction factor
is displayed in the top line. The memory location is displayed in the bottom line.
• P ress the "ENTER" button to confirm the selection. The setting is stored. The device returns to the measurement
display with a beep. Use (briefly press) the "POWER" button to abort the setting process. In this case, however, the
selection will not be adopted.
• The measured value is displayed in the top line. The bottom line alternates between the memory location number
and the correction factor.
• Memory locations L7, L8 and L9 can be individually set as follows: Press and hold down the "REC" button for
approx. 2 seconds.
• Use the "▲" or "▼" buttons to select the freely programmable memory location L7, L8 or L9.
• The correction factor is displayed in the top line. The memory location is displayed in the bottom line.
• Press and hold down the "SET" button for approx. 2 seconds. The correction factor starts to flash.
• U se the "▲" or "▼" buttons to set the individual value. To quickly adjust the value, press and hold down the respec-
tive arrow button.
• I f the correct value has been set, press the "ENTER" button. The display stops flashing and the value has been
saved.
• To return to the measurement display, briefly press the "ENTER" or "POWER" button.
