Spare Parts: 4-way manifold

(see Fig. 5, Pos. 7).
The Smart Dose II Rack comes standard with a 6-way manifold.
The materials used are coordinated to work with Ecolab's own products.
When using replacement parts, pay particular attention to using the chemicals–materials
combination properly.
Use only the PP material and EPDM sealing material with alkaline products
(ph > 7).
Use only the PVDF material and FKM sealing material with acidic produscts
< 7).

Occasionally, the noise level during the rinsing process can get really loud.
To reduce the noise level, set the water pressure (dynamically) to
0.25 MPa (2.5 bar).
