4 Description of Operation
The "Smart Dose II Rack " metering system manufactured and delivered by Ecolab
Engineering corresponds to the EG Guidelines that are applicable in Europe. The product
therefore meets the European standard for health and safety.
The dosing system you receive upon delivery is state-of-the-art. In order to obtain the
complete CE identification, there are corresponding requirements pertaining to this
system's installation and usage. To meet these requirements, please refer to the Appendix
at the back of this User Guide where the requirements are summarized in an installation
check list.
The Smart Dose II Rack is a pre-assembled metering system by Ecolab Engineering
customized for the exclusive application of Ecolab chemicals for professionally cleaning
textiles.
The advantage of the pre-assembled metering system is that by using a rack assembly,
interference is kept to a minimum, and therefore, you as the customer, will not experience
any restrictions during your in-house process flows.
You will also take delivery of a highly flexible modular design that will be able to
accommodate future washing process innovations.
Continuous expansion is possible by using the system's modularity, which will match your
requirements for a state-of-the-art metering system.
All of the materials selected are adapted to be used with Ecolab's own chemistry.
