Troubleshooting

The table below lists common problems and actions you can take� If you
are unable to resolve a problem after referring to this table or to the "Alarm
Indicators and Screen Symbols" section, please contact your home care
provider�

What You Should Do
Use the AC or DC power cords
to operate the device (with the
battery inserted) to recharge the
battery� If this does not resolve
the problem, contact your
equipment provider�
Remove the battery and
re-install it correctly�
Press the power button twice�
Press the power button twice�
Make sure the tubing is
connected properly to the
oxygen outlet port and that it is
free of any obstruction�

wait 20 minutes for the device to
deliver oxygen at the prescribed
