4. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION
Before fi tting the ridge cap equipment, you need
to check the hydraulic seal of the solar system.
8) Position the wooden wedge-shaped support against the upper part of
the first collector in the row. Then position the flat wooden support
against the bottom of the solar collector. Make sure the flat support is
on a par with the roofing (tiles, bent tiles, etc.), placing strips under-
neath (not supplied as standard). Repeat this step for all the collectors
in the solar field (fig. 8 and 8a);

9) Unravel the lead sheet of the right-hand lower corner piece.
Position the corner piece in the first collector in the solar field and
push it upwards so that it fits into the housing featured on the lower
part of the collector between the wood and the aluminium (fig. 9 and
9a);

10) Repeat this step for the extension(s), making sure however that the
comer piece and extension (extension and extension in the event of
additional collectors) are inserted in the centre of one another (fig. 10);

11) Repeat this step for the left-hand lower corner piece in the last panel
of the solar field;
