4. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Repeat this step on the upper part of the collector with the third L-shaped
bracket, positioning it in such a way that it is half-way between the two
ends of the solar collector (fig. 4a);

5) Make the hydraulic connections, using two spanners as usual for
tightening operations in order to avoid damaging the absorber (fig. 5);

6) Insert the flow sensor into the purpose-provided sensor holder (fig. 6);

CAUTION
Before fitting the ridge cap equipment, you need
to check the hydraulic seal of the solar system.
7) Position the wooden wedge-shaped support against the top of the
solar collector (fig. 7). Then position the flat wooden support against
the bottom of the solar collector. (fig. 7a). Make sure the flat support is
on a par with the roofing (tiles, bent tiles, etc.), placing wooden strips
underneath it if necessary (not supplied as standard);

8) Unravel the lead sheet of the left-hand lower corner piece. Position
the corner piece and push it upwards so that it fits into the housing
featured on the lower part of the collector between the wood and the
aluminium (fig. 8 and 8a);
