4. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3) Align the lower part of the collector with the wooden strip already on the
roof. Fasten the additional strip beside the existing one. Repeat this step
for the upper part of the collector (fig 3);
the distance between the two additional strips must be at least equal to
the length of the panel (2058 mm);

4) Screw two L-shaped brackets onto the additional strip 150 mm from
the ends of the same. Lay the solar collector onto the L-shaped bra-
ckets and tighten securely in place using the self-threading screws
provided (fig. 4);

Repeat this step on the upper part of the collector with the third L-shaped
bracket, positioning it in such a way that it is half-way between the two
ends of the solar collector (fig. 4a);

5) For the second collector (and any other collectors in the solar field)
repeat the above steps from point 3 to point 5;
N.B.:
All the collectors in the solar field should be positioned beside
one another and the additional wooden strips featured in the
ridge cap equipment extension kit should be used
6) Connect the two collectors (and any others in the solar field) hydrau-
lically using the U-shaped fitting provided in the ridge cap equipment
extension kit. Make sure the flat seals are positioned correctly.
Always use two spanners for tightening (fig 6);

7) Insert the flow sensor in the purpose-provided sensor holder of the
last collector on the left of the solar field (fig 7);
