Using MANUAL Mode

RECEPTION
MODE
Use MANUAL mode only when you have connected an extension
phone to the Color MFP. When the reception mode is set to
MANUAL, you must answer all calls, including faxes, by picking up
the extension phone.

Answer the extension phone when it
rings.

If you hear a soft fax tone, wait until
the Color MFP responds (the
extension phone will go dead), then
hang up.
Beep
To select MANUAL mode,
press the RECEPTION
MODE key until the arrow
in the display points to
MANUAL.
